In good weather on 10th August the some seventy Club members, wives & partners and friends enjoyed a splendid evening cruise to Wareham for pub supper in The Bear and then returning to Poole for the marvellous Thursday fireworks display.

Poole Harbour Cruise Summer 2022
On 11 August 2022 in glorious weather some 40 members with their wives and friends enjoyed an evening cruise and buffet aboard the Fortuna. The cruise took in Poole harbour and Old Harry's Rocks. There was an outstanding sunset and a sturgeon moon the day before its peak. As the cruise was drawing to close the weekly spectacular Poole Harbour fireworks display took place. Ladies Luncheon on 5 October 2021
40th Anniversary Luncheon on 21 January 2020
The Probus Club of Poole was formed by the Rotary Club of Poole in January 1980. In celebration, of its 40th anniversary, the Club held, following its Annual General Meeting, a luncheon at The Connaught Hotel, Bournemouth on Tuesday 21st January 2020. Our guests were Cllr. Marion Le Poidevin - Mayor of Poole, Mr David Le Poidevin - Mayor's Consort and Mr Fred Cartwright President of the Rotary Club of Poole.
Forty four members and invited guests thoroughly enjoyed a excellent three course lunch served by maitre d'hotel, Nicky Rutieliano and his team. Finally, the newly elected Chairman, Roger Martin, invited us to be upstanding and drink a toast of port to The Queen, Poole Rotary and to our Club's future.
